Ruby Helen Benton 84, of Fobb, Oklahoma passed away on May 8, 2020 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. She was born on March 16, 1936 in Bragg City, Missouri to the late Clarence Melvin Riggs and Mildred Winberry Riggs. Ruby was raised in Bragg City until the age of 13 when she moved to Casa Grande, Arizona.  She lived in Shawnee, Oklahoma before moving to Madill in 1973.  Ruby married Thomas "Tommy" Frank Benton on January 22, 1973 in Durant, Oklahoma.  She enjoyed crocheting, singing and was a very active member of the First Assembly of God Church in Madill where over the years she led worship, sang in the church choir, and taught Missionettes.  Ruby loved her church family.

Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, 1 son; Duane C. Elwood, brother; Donald Riggs and sister; Opal Lawson.
