Rosa Shelly, 76 of Kingston, Oklahoma , passed away on March 30, 2021 at her home in Kingston.  She was born on July 15, 1944 in Corpus Christi, Texas to the late Jesus Martinez and Gregoria Ybarra Martinez.  Rosa was raised in Corpus Christi where she graduated from Roy Miller High School in 1962.  She later attended Virginia Beach Vo-tech and worked in data processing and computer programing.  Rosa married Alvin Eugene Shelly on February 17, 1963 in Corpus Christi.  They lived in Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Virginia, and Florida before moving to the Sandy Beach area in Kingston in 2004.  She was active with the Lebanon Community Center and she attended the Church of Christ in Enos.  Rosa enjoyed playing dominos, shopping and she loved her grandchildren.

Services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at the Watts Memorial Chapel, Madill, Oklahoma.  Bob Smee will officiate the service.   Service will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home, Madill, Oklahoma. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome.com.
