Loretta Marie Cartwright , 89 of Gordonville, Texas passed away on January 12, 2021 at the Carrus Hospital in Sherman, Texas.  She was born on March 10, 1931 in Westhope, North Dakota to the late Eugene Joseph Belcourt and Anna Marie Rousseau Belcourt.  She married Floyd A. Cartwright in November of 1953 in Bottineau North Dakota and he preceded her in death on April 26, 2000.  They had lived in Bottineau ND, Camp Lejeune NC, Big Springs and Dallas, Texas and in 1962, Sidney Nebraska where she worked as a waitress.  In 1980 they moved to Gordonville where they lived the rest of their life.  Loretta was a member of the St. Patrick's Catholic church in Sidney and was currently attending Holy Cross Catholic church in Madill.  She enjoyed crocheting, crafting and baking.

Morris G. Cartwright and wife Cindi, St. Paul, Texas

Kathryn A. Bawcum, Gordonville, Texas.

Marie L. Smith and husband John, Waco, Texas

12 Grandchildren: Jimmy, Angela, Ryan, Jessica, Jennifer, Jackie, Kenzie, Rick, Brittnea, Michael, Jeremy and Matt.

Loretta had 20 Great Grand Children and 1 Great Great Grand Child as well as 3 Step Grand Children and 10 Step Great Grand Children.

Loretta also had multiple Nieces & Nephews from her late brothers, Arthur, Albert, Lawrence and Alfred, that Loved & Adored her as well.

Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and 1 son; Harley Cartwright.

Services will be Saturday, January 30, 2021 at the Old Holy Cross Catholic Church in Madill, Oklahoma. 10:00 am Rosary and 11:00 am Mass.   Service will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home, Madill, Oklahoma. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome.com.
