Lauren Marie Smith entered this life on July 5, 2002 in Ardmore, Ok. She entered the pearly gates of heaven where she was met by her Mother-Gran, Nonna and Mamaw on August 16, 2014 at the young age of 12 years, 1 month and 11 days. Lauren was an absolute joy to everyone she came in contact with. Her favorite things to do were tubing on the lake, riding rangers, playing school, dressing up with her little sister, stealing her big sisters shoes, hanging with her friends and cousins, being a helper to her mom and playing doctor's office. However her biggest love was basketball where her dad coached her for 7 years. She enjoyed spending time with her dad who was her best friend no matter what they were doing, but most especially hunting and fishing. Lauren's red hair and gold eyes would light up any room she entered. Lauren was a member of Mannsville Methodist Church. She attended Dickson Schools where she was currently in the 7th grade. Lauren was a member of the Lady Comets basketball team. Lauren is survived by her parents Paul and Missy (Marsh) Smith, her sisters Maci Taliaferro and Lola Smith. Grandparents Arnie and Ramona Smith, Sharon Wright and Steve Bean. Aunts and uncles Ted and Tara Marsh, Gordon and Sherry Bonnell, Richard and Amanda Smith, Mike and Shelly Smith, Joey and Beverly Williamson and Darren and Shelly Barnes and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her great-grandmothers Ruth Mcadoo and Lucille Carper, grandmother Cheryl Bean and grandfather Dean Wright.
