Willie David Westdyke, 68 of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away on Monday, August 31, 2026, at his home in Kingston, Oklahoma. He was born on December 9, 1957, in McKinney, Texas, to the late Cecil Willie Westdyke and Bertie Faye Lay Westdyke. Willie was raised in Anna, Texas, where he attended school and spent much of his life. Willie was a hardworking man who knew his way around an engine. He owned and operated Westdyke Garage, where he worked as a mechanic for many years. Working on cars came naturally to him, and he also enjoyed trading cars and junking. He was always interested in what he might find, fix, trade, or turn into something useful. On August 12, 1997, Willie married Arlene Denise Murley in Melissa, Texas. Together, they shared nearly 30 years of marriage. In 2019, Willie and Denise moved to Kingston, where they made their home for the past seven years. Willie enjoyed staying on the go and loved to “run the roads.” He enjoyed gambling, traveling, and especially making trips to Galveston. Whether he was traveling somewhere, looking for his next car to trade, junking, or simply out seeing where the road might take him, Willie enjoyed keeping busy and doing things his own way.
