William Emmett Delzeit, 64, of Marietta passed away on December 19, 2022 at Medical City in Denton, TX. He was born March 13, 1958, the son of Cecil M. and Betty (Hearn) Westmoreland.  William was a man of all trades. He worked primarily in construction and as an automobile mechanic. William has been with the love of his life, Toni Birdwell Turner for 25 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Rusty Delzeit; and brother, Edward Delzeit.

Those left to carry on his memory are his significant other, Toni Turner; daughter, Jennifer Bonner; stepchildren, Tiffany Spears and Tim Stuckey; brothers, Jim Delzeit and David Hill and wife Judy; sisters, Lilly Westmoreland, Pamela Helfinstine and husband Abraham; Penny Almaraz and husband George, and Lynn Westmoreland.
