Virginia Laqueta Ellis Waggoner, 80, of Madill, Oklahoma, passed away on July 27, 2022, at her home in Madill.    She was born on February 2, 1942, in Simpson, Oklahoma to the late B. D. Stowers and Ida Marie Richard Stowers.  Virginia was raised in the Marshall County area and graduated from Madill High School in 1960.  She served in several communities though out Oklahoma and Kansas in the ministry with her husband before retiring in 2010.  Virginia married Gale Ellis in 1963 in Madill and he preceded her in death on March 14, 2018.  She later married Davie Ray Waggoner on January 13, 2021, in Madill.  Virginia was affiliated with the Pentecostal faith, and she enjoyed sewing, collecting giraffes, gardening, quilting, and crocheting.
