Vicki Rae Seeney, 82, of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away on October 25, 2022, at the Family Care Nursing Center in Kingston.  She was born on October 24, 1940, in Enid, Oklahoma to the late Ralph Charles Garrett and Rowena Mae Richardson Garrett.  She married Paul Ray Seeney on December 3, 1964, in Wichita, Kansas and he preceded her in death on June 27, 2010.  They lived in Amarillo, Texas and in 1990 moved to Cardinal Hill on Lake Texoma.  Vicki enjoyed shopping and loved animals and her dog Brownie Ann.

Vicki was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 brother, Vernon Garrett.
