Tracy Lee Kiper 57, of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2017 in Sherman, Texas.  She was born on May 28, 1959 in Santa Maria, California to Gerald David and Connie Delight David.  Tracy was raised in River Side, California.  She married Mike Kiper in October 1993 in Big Bear Lake, California.  In 1997 she moved to Kingston where she worked for Kingston Care Center for 15 years before going to work for the Kingston Public School where she worked the past 2 years.  Tracy was a Christian and she enjoyed gardening, watching T V, and loved going to the lake.
