Timothy Neil Ryals, 57, from Milburn, Oklahoma passed away on October 13, 2023, at the Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas.  He was born July 9, 1966, in Madill, Oklahoma to Sammy Levine Ryals and Betty Katherine French Ryals.  Timothy was raised in Lancaster, Texas where he graduated high school in 1984.  While in school he studied drafting and after graduation worked at Decibel Products in Dallas, Texas as a computer draftsman.

Timothy was preceded in death by his father; Sammy L. Ryals.
