Terry Lyn Thomas, 71, of Soldier Creek, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024, in Sherman, Texas. He was born on February 19, 1952, in Lindsay, Oklahoma to the late H.P. Thomas and Ophelia Anderson Thomas. Terry was raised in Lindsay and graduated from Lindsay High School in 1970.  He married Donna Darlene Boydston on October 7, 1971, in Lindsay. Terry attended East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma.  He lived in Norman and Purcell, Oklahoma before moving to the Carolina's. In 2014 he moved to Soldier Creek where he lived the rest of his life. He worked in the construction industry for several years before going to work for Bergin Enterprises as a Director of Operations. While living in South Carolina he worked with his daughter selling auto parts at Southern Pride Cartway. Terry was president of the board at Soldier/Caney Volunteer Fire Department. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, boating and bird hunting. Terry was an amazing husband, father and pawpaw who loved OU Football and dirt track racing.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, daughter; Ginger Owens, brothers; Gary and Henry Thomas
