Teresa Gail Tate, 74, of Madill, Oklahoma passed away on Monday, February 2, 2026, at Alliance Hospital in Durant, Oklahoma. She was born on April 25, 1951, in Madill, to the late Ross McCorstin and Elizabeth Prigmore McCorstin. Teresa was raised in Woodville, Oklahoma, and later moved to Kingston, where she graduated from high school in 1969. Teresa married Randy D. Tate on June 1, 1969 in Kingston, Oklahoma. Throughout her life, she lived in several places, including Pharr, Texas; Tucson, Arizona; El Paso, Texas; Germany; and Alabama, before eventually settling back in Madill, Oklahoma. She worked as a college secretary and was known for her dedication and reliability. Teresa loved her dogs and enjoyed gardening. She especially enjoyed cooking and had a true love for decorating, always taking pride in making her home warm and inviting.
