Obituary

Tanya Sue Manning began this life on February 20, 1958, in Ardmore, OK, the daughter of Marvin H. and Olene (Swint) Johnson. Tanya attended Turner Schools where she graduated as Valedictorian of her class. She went on and furthered her education at Murray State College in Tishomingo, OK and Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, OK. Tanya worked for more than 33 years at the Marietta Cookie Factory. She was a line supervisor for many years and later was promoted to quality control. When Tanya wasn't working, she loved to unwind with a good book or work on a quilt. She was also known to cook quite often for family and friends. Tanya did a lot of things that brought joy to her life, but perhaps the thing she enjoyed most was spending time with her grandbabies.

Tanya was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Paul Johnson; and a grandchild, Kaysen Bush. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Joe Willis of the home in Leon; sons, Michael Manning and wife Samantha of Marietta, Ethan Willis and wife Balee of Ardmore, OK, Jeremy Willis and wife Alyssa of Sherman, TX; daughters, Nikki Davis of Leon and Amber Hess and husband Chad of Gainesville, TX; brothers, Billy Johnson and wife Betty of Zaneis, OK and Jerry Johnson of Rubottom; sisters, Janice Pierce of Ardmore, Rochelle Andrews of Ardmore, Kim Burke and husband Dave of Zaneis; grandchildren, Tyler Graham and wife Bailey, Cassidy Johnson, Lindsey Graham, Jacee Arthur, Jordyn Metcalf, Bailey Perrin, Dakota Perrin, Hagen Taylor, Holdyn Willis, Raylen Willis, Jensen Willis, and Hudson Hess; great-grandchildren, Blaklee Johnson, Harper Graham, and Donnie Graham; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The casket bearers are Tyler Graham, Levi Curbow, Trey Curbow, Tony Swint, Jeremy Willis, and Nick Chill.
