Sterling Luther Little, 61, of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away on September 27, 2023, at his home in Kingston.  He was born October 7, 1961, in Durant, Oklahoma to Luther Vernon (L.V.) Little and Bobbie Jean Woodard Little.  Sterling was raised in Kingston where he graduated from Kingston High School in 1979.  He later attended Oklahoma State University and received a master's degree in Architecture. Sterling lived in Washington DC, Louisville, Kentucky and Dallas, Texas before moving back to Kingston where he retired and lived the rest of his life.  He was a member of the Lighthouse Methodist Church and the Kingston Alumni. Sterling loved watching OSU Baseball, photography, designing houses on a drafting board and spending time with his family and friends.

Sister:                          Verna Shivers and husband CD Shivers, Jr., Kingston, Oklahoma

Nieces and nephews:  Angie Shivers, Princeton, Texas

Chad Shivers and wife Leanne, Roanoke, Texas

Great nephews:           Luther and Joseph Shivers

Sterling was preceded in death by his father; L.V. Little, maternal grandmother; Rose Woodard and paternal grandparents; Sterling and Gladys Little.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Oklahoma State University Friends of the School of Architecture in memory of Sterling Little.

In honoring his request there will be no services.
