Roy Eugene Kemp, 82, of Madill, Oklahoma passed away on August 25, 2023, at his daughter's home in Madill.  He was born February 7, 1941, in Bigsby, Illinois to the late Vernon John Kemp and Norma Virginia Ballard Kemp.  Roy was raised in Carthage, Illinois and in 1981 moved to Wellington, Texas. He married Patricia "Pat" Mae Lemley on June 21, 1962, in Hamilton, Illinois and she preceded him in death on February 2, 2023.  In 1993 Roy moved to Madill where he worked in fabrication at CM Trailers in Madill. Roy was affiliated with the First Baptist Church in Madill, and he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing cards.
