Rose Marie Woods, 81, of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away on February 6, 2023, at the Alliance Hospital in Durant, Oklahoma.  Rose was born on April 11, 1941, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to the late Cecil Rubin Smith and Gertrude Lena Sikes Smith.  She grew up in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma area where she attended school.  After graduation she worked for Tinker AFB.  Rose married Tommy David Simpson on July 19, 2008, in Kingston.  She attended the New Hope Baptist Church in Kingston, and she enjoyed cooking, reading books, watching classic westerns and playing games.
