Obituary

Raymond Scott Peters Mann 61, of Madill, Oklahoma reunited with the love of his life Marlia on Monday, August 1, 2022.  He was born on July 5, 1961, in Dallas, Texas to the late Raymond Leroy Peters and Karen Lee Williams Bridgeman.  Scott attended Madill High School where he met the love of his life Marlia Raylene Hill in 1978.  Scott and Marlia would marry on February 13, 1980 in Madill where they continued to live and raise their two daughters Misty Hill and Angel Mann.  Scott was a simple man and lived life day by day for his family.  He worked several years as a roofer for Tyrone Bridgeman, then as a head cook for the original Hobo Joes restaurant before moving on as a mig welder for Big Tex CM Truck Beds for the past 13 years.  When he was not at work Scott enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and attending Victory Life Church in Durant, Oklahoma where he was a member of the "Warrior of the Word" motorcycle ministry until the love of his life became terminally ill with cancer.  During his free time Scott enjoyed exploring the state on his beloved Harley, doing leather and bead working and just relaxing on the couch listening to his favorite music.
