Patrick Lee Samuel 65, of Madill, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, September 16, 2022, at his home in Madill.  He was born on November 14, 1956, in Madill to the late RJ Samuel and Bobby June Holden Samuel.  Pat grew up in Willis, Oklahoma and graduated from Kingston High School.  He lived in several place but most of his life in California.  Pat has lived the past 3 years in Madill.  He was of the Baptist faith, and he loved his sisters, playing his guitar that he taught himself to play and loved his dog, Baby Girl.
