Patricia Ann Sprouse, 64, of Madill, Oklahoma passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023, at the Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas.  She was born on March 1, 1959, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to the late James Richard Burt Jr. and Georgia Pauline Goodmon Burt.  Patsy was raised in Pauls Valley where she graduated high school.  She married Charley David Sprouse on November 12, 1999, in Madill.  Patsy worked in surveying for Nick Guy Beasley and was currently working for Bennett Surveying.  She was the past chairman of the Beautification Committee for the City of Madill, and she enjoyed gardening and loved her grandkids.

She was preceded by her parents, stepmother; Betty Joe Burt, brother; Wayne Parnell and Joe Parnell
