Patricia Jo Bartlett was born in a log house on February 20, 1932, in Jimtown, OK to Elmos and Fannie Mae (Chambers) Hallum. She passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at the Lake Country Nursing Center in Marietta, OK at the age of 91.

Patricia lived most of her life in Love County and was a member of the Marietta Church of Christ. She was a homemaker that loved oil painting, playing the guitar, being a part of the CB club, cooking for her entire family and being able to play with her grandkids and great-grandkids.

She married Eldon Bartlett in 1961 in Cederville, TX. He preceded her in death on November 7, 2007.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughters, Diane McCully and Darlene Seely; grandsons, Matthew Franklin and James Newman Marshell, Jr.; great-grandson, Caleb Buess; great-great grandson, Lucas Tenery; brother, Truman Hallum; and a sister, Marie Reed.

Those left to carry on Patricia's legacy include her daughter, Debra Franklin and husband Dan of Marietta; grandchildren, Michelle Cote and husband Charlie of Irving, TX, Rebecca DeLeon and husband Steven of Bullard, TX, LaCretia Doss and husband Jacky of Mason, TX, Bobby Durham of Brady, TX, Rachel Brinkley of Tyler, TX, Tonny Jo Moore of Pauls Valley, OK, and Macy Franklin of Marietta; 20 great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; son-in-law, Houston "Dub" Seely of Quinlan, TX; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Patricia will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 5, 2024, at the Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Marietta with Bro. Johnny Reed officiating. Interment will follow at the Lakeview Cemetery in Marietta. Services are under the direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Marietta.
