Oren Gordon "Bibbles" Shellenberger, Jr., 83, of Burneyville, OK, passed away on December 8, 2022.

Oren was born on November 19, 1939 to Frances Franklin Shellenberger and Oren Gordon Shellenberger, Sr. in Freer, TX.

Oren was preceded in death by father, Oren Gordon Shellenberger Sr, his Mother Frances Franklin Sigrist and his step father Arnold Sigrist Jr., his first wife, Mary Alice Shellenberger, his second wife Mary Lee Shellenberger

After graduating from Woodrow Wilson High School in Dallas, TX, Oren enlisted in the Army as a paratrooper during the Korean War. Oren served honorably and left the military in 1960.

After his service in the Korean, War Oren was an entrepreneur who had a number of interests and businesses in Dallas and Oklahoma.

Oren was survived by many great friends including his longtime friend and companion, Karen Willingham of Cedar Hill, TX. Oren was also survived by his children, Bobbie Hindieh and husband Akram, Stephen W. Shellenberger and his wife Mary, Tina Detmer, Lee Wayne Shellenberger and fiancé Colleen Martin, Brandi Shellenberger-Wheaton and her husband Gabriel and eleven (11) grandchildren, Ramsey Hindieh, Ashley Olin, Nicholas Shellenberger, Kaitlyn Shellenberger, Brianna Detmer, Madelyn Wheaton, Caleb Flores, Logan Shellenberger, twins, Andrew Shellenberger, and Alyssa Shellenberger and Chloe Wheaton.

Oren was an avid boxer and began his career as a Judge with the Golden Gloves in the late 1970's. From 1994-2018, Oren progressed to Judging professional matches with the NABF and later with the WBC, where he Judged over 60 World Title Bouts in 20 different countries before retiring in 2018 to Falconhead Country Club and Resort in Burneyville, OK. In 2022 he was inducted as an Honoree into the Texas Boxing Hall of Fame.

Anyone who knew Oren knew that he worked hard, was a loyal friend and loved his family over everything.
