Oleta Jane Baker , 90, of Madill, Oklahoma, passed away on August 9, 2022, at the Brookside Nursing Center in Madill.   She was born on July 6, 1932, in Madill to the late Walter Guy Creswell and Janie Magnolia Jacks Creswell.  Oleta was raised and lived her entire life in Madill.  She married James Kenneth Baker on June 6, 1950, in Ardmore, Oklahoma and he preceded her in death on March 10, 2017.  Oleta worked as a Walmart greeter, and she was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Madill.  She enjoyed talking on the phone, telling stories, driving around, she always wanted to go.  Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were her life.

Oleta was preceded in death by her parents; husband, daughter; Rita Huffman, grandson; James Ray Huffman, brother; Buster and Bill Creswell and 2 sisters; Alma Hartin and Betty Pratt.
