Michael Earl McKee

Michael Earl McKee, 77, of Midwest City, Oklahoma passed away on Monday, August 24, 2026, at his niece’s home in Kingston, Oklahoma. He was born on October 8, 1948, in Altus, Oklahoma, to the late Jesse McKee and Marion Francis Livermore Georges. Mike was raised in Midwest City, where he later made his home. He proudly served in the United States Air Force and served during the Vietnam War. Following his military service, Mike worked as a computer engineer, and he also loved race cars. He was also a Master Diver Instructor, a passion that brought him many memorable experiences throughout his life. Above all, Mike treasured his family, and his favorite thing was spending time with those he loved.

He is survived by his grandchildren, Danny McKee and Nikki McKee; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents; 1 son, Dustin McKee, and his sister, Patsy Ann Word.
