Mary Roberta Grimplin-Zoltek, 53, of Euless, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Grapevine, Texas. She was born on May 12, 1971, in Heidelberg, Germany, to Harita Bea Cheadle Grimplin. Mary spent her formative years in Madill, Oklahoma, where she graduated in 1989. She furthered her education at Southeastern Oklahoma State University, earning a bachelor's degree in accounting and political science. Throughout her career, Mary worked as an accountant in the Dallas and Fort Worth metroplex area.

For the past 17 years, Mary made her home in Euless, Texas. She married Stephen Albert Zoltek on June 24, 2017, in Clearwater, Florida. Mary was a member of White Chapel First Methodist Church in Southlake, Texas, where she found community and solace. She cherished moments by the beach and had a deep affection for her niece, Madison. Mary is survived by her husband, Stephen Albert Zoltek of Euless, Texas; her mother, Harita Grimplin of Euless, Texas; her sister, Mandy Grimplin, and Tim Mason, both of Euless, Texas; her niece, Madison Mason; and her beloved dog, Cocoa.

Mary was preceded in death by her grandparents, Harry and Mary Cheadle, affectionately known as Nonny and Daddy Coach. Her warm presence and dedication to her family and community will be deeply missed.
