Mary Lee Fite, 93, of Buncombe Creek, Oklahoma passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at her home in Kingston.  She was born on May 17, 1931, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to the late R. Lee Carter and Bernice Crismore Carter.  She was raised in Oklahoma City and attended Putman City High School.  They lived in Oklahoma City and in 1988 moved to Buncombe Creek where she lived the rest of her life.  She was a member of the Texoma Southern Baptist Church and loved going to her church. Mary enjoyed cooking, playing bridge, doing oil paintings, sewing, going to Chili cookoffs and loved going to the coast.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, 2 husbands, 1 son: Kenneth Wooden, and sister; Betty Roberts.
