Marjorie Lois Sparks, 79, of Marietta, OK passed away on July 22, 2022 at Lake Country Nursing Center in Marietta. Her journey in life began in Brock, OK on August 13, 1942, the daughter of Rudell and Dessie Lee (Copeland) Beam.

Marjorie is a lifelong area resident. She attended schools in Brock and Lone Grove, OK. As a young mother she worked at the Cookie Shop to support her children. As her children grew up, she became a licensed beautician and worked as a caregiver for children and young adults. Marjorie was a kind and caring woman. She enjoyed quilting, fishing, gardening, playing board games and card games such as, Wahoo, Pitch, and many others. Although Marjorie had many interests in life, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Ricky W. Keller and wife Linda of Lone Grove, and Harry D. Keller of Elk City, OK; daughters, Pamela G. Tamez and husband Tony of Shady Dale, OK, Rhonda L. Wolfe and husband David of Marietta, and Susie M. Johnson and husband Tommy of Sweetwater, OK; sister, Judy Wyatt of Addison, TX; and sixteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by a son, Rodney W. Keller; and daughter, Theresa L. McKinney.

Private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Marietta.
