Leon Hopkins Gibbons, 63, of Colbert, Oklahoma, passed away on September 13, 2022, in the Southern Point Living Center in Colbert.  He was born on March 7, 1959, in Hominy, Oklahoma to Leon Reed Gibbons and Ruby Carroll Allen Gibbons.  Leon was raised in Hennessey, Oklahoma where he graduated high school in 1977.  He worked for Baker Hughes in the oil field industry all his life.  Leon married Jeanette Jay Lawson in 2008 and she preceded him in death in 2014.  He enjoyed going to the casino, being with his wife and family, and loved his grandkids.
