Lena Elizabeth Smith Funeral Services Lena Elizabeth Smith, 99 of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015 at the hospital in Madill. She was born on November 14, 1915 in Logan County, Illinois to the late Forest Victor Thornton and Hazel Mae Hutson Thornton. Lena was raised in Indiana and in 1998 she moved to Madill. She married Floyd Smith on January 2, 1982 in Agape Church, Indiana and he preceded her in death. Lena has lived the past 7 years at the Baptist Village where she enjoyed playing the bells. She worked as a Pink Lady for several years at the Madill Hospital and she was affiliated with the Baptist Faith. Lena enjoyed ballroom dancing, working crossword puzzles and reading. She is survived by: Daughter in-law: Vicki Christison Linda Christison 9 Grandchildren: Kim Vitha, Sharon Dorsett, Janie Alexander, Jeff Christison, Victoria Nassif, Jason Christison, Susan Camargo, Denise Riemenschneider, Dennis Christison. 22 Great Grandchildren Lena was preceded in death by her parents, 2 husbands, 1 daughter; Sharon Adams, 2 sons; Richard and Bill Christison and 2 sisters.
