Kimberlee Ann McIntosh-Mihok, 59, of Madill, Oklahoma passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at the Brookside Nursing Center in Madill.  She was born on August 31, 1963, in New York to the late James H. McIntosh and Vera Mae McComb McIntosh.  Kim was raised in New York and Pennsylvania and in 2012 she moved to Madill.  She received her associate degree in nursing and worked in the nursing field.
