Kenny Ray
Testerman
September 21, 1954 – March 19, 2026
Kenny Ray Testerman, of Greenville, OK, was born September 21, 1954, in Stillwater, OK to Jack D. Testerman and Lula Mae Donaghe. He passed from this life on Thursday evening, March 19, 2026, at Mercy Hospital in Ardmore, OK, at the age of 71.
Ken was a hardworking man who always found something to do, often making lists and creating projects to stay busy. He was a rancher at heart and loved spending time on his tractor, mowing and tending to the land. He enjoyed tinkering with furniture, riding his side-by-side while watching for deer, and working outdoors. Ken was always willing to lend a helping hand to others.
He loved music, especially classic rock, watching westerns and was an avid NFL fan, faithfully cheering for the Dallas Cowboys. He could often be found reading anything he could get his hands on. Above all, he was a devoted and loving person.
Ken retired as an operations manager with Chevron Oil Company following a long career in the oil field, which often took him between Lafayette, LA, offshore and to his home in Greenville, OK. After retiring, he spent his remaining years in the Greenville area.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jack D. Testerman and Lou Gates, a sister, Sherri Coble, and a brother, J.D. Testerman.
Those left to cherish his memory are his stepmother, Rosemary Testerman of Greenville; stepfather Skip Gates of Marietta, OK, stepdaughter Rachel Wrany of Greenville, stepson Joseph Horton of Greenville, nieces Stacy Briggs and husband Will of Marietta, Elise Testerman of Lafayette, LA, nephews Brian Coble and wife Mallorie of Strafford, MO, Alec Testerman and wife Rachel of Marietta, stepsister Stephanie Denton and companion Mike Meaux of Lafayette, LA, stepbrother D'Wayne Denton and wife Tara of Holcomb, MS, and sixteen great-nieces, great-nephews, great-step nieces, and great-step nephews.
Cremation services are under the direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home & Cremation Services. The family will hold a private service at a later date.
