John Lee
Fraley
February 1, 1951 – April 23, 2023
John began this life on February 1, 1951, in Florence, AZ the son of Roy and Edith (Johnson) Fraley. John grew up in Arizona and graduated from high school at Casa Grande, AZ. After high school, he served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam era. He worked in the auto pool as a mechanic. On October 11, 1978, he married the love of his life, Denise Elaine Brown in Casa Grande. The two enjoyed more than 44 years together.
After being honorably discharged from the Army, John worked as a mechanic on semi-trucks until he found his career driving trucks for Grayson County. When John wasn't working for the county, you might find him out fishing, working in his garden, or working on his tractor. John enjoyed many things in life, but perhaps the thing he enjoyed most was Taco Tuesdays and milkshakes with the grandchildren.
Those left to cherish John's memory are his wife, Denise of the home; two sons, Art Fraley and wife Dakota of Whitesboro and Alex Fraley also of Whitesboro; and grandchildren, Sage Fraley and Seth Fraley of Whitesboro. John was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Don Fraley and Roy Wayne Fraley; and one sister, Patsy Sherman.
