Jerry Allen Riggs, 61 of Sacramento, California passed away Thursday, October 23, 2014 at the hospital in Sacramento. He was born on April 19, 1953 in Bakersfield, California to Wendell Wayne Riggs and Sarah Bearden Lea. He was raised in Newport, Oregon where he graduated high school and later moved to California. While in school Jerry did competition diving and he was very good in baseball where he played short stop. He also played the trumpet and guitar and enjoyed reading his bible and worship.
