IN LOVING MEMORY OF JAMIE DON HUGHES

Jamie Hughes, age 32, passed from this earth on 7/29/2025 in Kingston Oklahoma. He was a beloved father, husband, son, brother and friend.

Jamie was born in Wichita Falls, Texas on January 28, 1993, to Mary Ann Fowler and Druie Steven Hughes. He settled in Madill Oklahoma in 2022 before meeting his wife Rachel and making their home in Kingston. Jamie enjoyed working as the Maintenance Supervisor at Family Care Center of Kingston and could spend hours playing Xbox online with his brother Skylar and son Hendrix if at all possible. His excitement to watch his oldest son play baseball was contagious and the sparkle in his eyes was truly evident when he was his goofy self, playing with his boys outside or just holding his youngest.  He loved to make people smile and had a passion for playing the drums and singing.

Jamie is survived by his Mother Mary Ann Hale of Madill, Sister Stacey Cantu (Mac) of Electra Tx, Sister Mackenzie Hargrove of Ardmore and Sister Jastiny Hale of Madill; Brother Skylar Hughes (Brittany)
of Burkburnett Tx and Brother Kagan Hughes of Ennis TX; Wife Rachel and son Theo;  son Xavier;  sons Maverick and Daxton; son Hendrix; nephew Cloud; nephew Benjamin; nephew Mason; numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, family and friends.

He is proceeded in death by his Father Steven; paternal Grandparents James Donald and Lena Paulette Hughes; maternal Grandparents Albert Lee Fowler and Sheryl Levine (Pitman); bonus Grandma Shirley Ann (Tabor) Johnson.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Details will be announced when available. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to Watts funeral home. His family appreciates all the love and prayers at this time and in the coming weeks.
