Jacklyn "Jackie" Ferguson Burns, 81of Madill, Oklahoma passed away Friday, August 23, 2019 at her home in Madill. She was born on July 17, 1938 in Soper, Oklahoma to the late Audley Harrison Ferguson and Robbie Edith Legate Ferguson. Jackie was raised in San Francisco, California, Hugo, Oklahoma and graduated from Madill High School. She married Kenneth Dempsey Burns on December 21, 1957 in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Jackie and Dempsey followed the oil field business throughout Utah, Colorado and Oklahoma. She received her Cosmetology Degree in 1974 then owned and operated Jackie Originals in Madill ever since. Jackie was a member of the Oakview Baptist Church since 1972. She enjoyed her Sunday school class, gardening, reading her bible daily. Her greatest joy was taking her grandchildren camping and boating on Lake Texoma and most recent pastime was Facebooking and snapchat.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother; Jack Ferguson and sisters; Patty Rose and Bobbie Jean Stevens
