Inez Guadalupe Huff, 77, of Marietta, OK, peacefully passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at the Eastman Baptist Church in Eastman, OK with pastor Mike Williams officiating.
Inez Guadalupe Huff began this life on January 21, 1948, in Victoria, TX, the daughter of Martin and Narcisa (Lerma) Tamez. She peacefully passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her loving family at the age of 77. Inez attended school in Turner, and after graduating high school, she worked for several years at the Falconhead Country Club. Later, Inez started working at the Farmer's Market. She loved it so much, she spent more than 30 years working there. Inez was married to Raymond "Ray" Huff in 2019 and the two spent six wonderful years together.
Inez had a gift for bringing people together and was happiest when cooking for family gatherings. She was especially well known for her tortillas, a favorite among everyone who knew her. She loved living life fully and enjoyed traveling with her sisters, creating cherished memories along the way. Above all, Inez adored her grandchildren and took great joy in spoiling them.
Inez was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Martin Tamez Jr.; and one grandson, Rowdy Wayne Hartman.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Ray Huff of the home; her son, Roy Hartman and wife Karen of Marietta and Martin Charles Hartman and Stacey Contreras of Marietta; grandchildren, Joshua Wayne Hartman and wife Taylor, Devin Brock Hartman and wife Jacie, Robert Austin Hartman, Zackary Scott Hartman, and Kendra Nicole Hartman; seven great-grandchildren; her brother, Tony Tamez and wife Pam of Marietta; and her sisters, Trinidad Mapp of Jimtown, OK, Gloria Davis and husband Lynn of Leon, OK, and Teresa Hartman of Leon.
Inez will be remembered for her warmth, her humor, her devotion to family, and the love she shared so freely. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
