Guy Odell Farmer, 75, of Madill, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at the Alliance Hospital in Madill.  Guy was born on November 17, 1949, in Houston, Texas to the late James Thomas Farmer and Vernice Frances Diffee Farmer. He was raised in Ringwood and graduated in 1968 from Marlow High School, Marlow, Oklahoma. On October 22, 1982, he married Janice Sue McFatridge, in Marlow. Guy went on to have a long and successful career with Halliburton, where he worked as a machinist and a programmer for 28 years before retiring in 2002.  He was affiliated with the First Baptist Church in Marlow, Oklahoma and he enjoyed woodworking.

He was a proud grandfather to 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

He is also survived by his brother, James Farmer and wife Shirley, Cleo Springs, Oklahoma and sister, Barbara Ehmer, Marlow, Oklahoma.
