Fredrick John Hoisington 68, of Madill, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022, at his home in Madill.  He was born on April 13, 1954, in Shawnee, Oklahoma to the late Fred Hoisington and Frankie Jean Murphy Hoisington.  John grew up in the Shawnee and Tecumseh, Oklahoma area and graduated from Tecumseh High School.  He later served in the United States Army.  John married Linda Charlene Campbell on May 23, 1980, in Shawnee and she preceded him in death on June 23, 2022.  In 2001 he moved to Madill where he lived the rest of his life.    John worked for OG&E as the local representative and later owned and operated John and Sons Wrecker Service.  John enjoyed working and spending time with his grandson.
