Evangelina Diaz, 66, of Madill, Oklahoma passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at her home in Madill with her family by her side.  She was born on July 1, 1957, in El Pajarito, Rayon S. L. P., Mexico to the late Pablo Puente Gonzalez and Petra Arredondo Gaspar Puente.  Evangelina was raised in Mexico and later lived in Dill City, Clinton, and Duncan Oklahoma before moving to Madill in 1985. She married Juventino Medina Diaz on November 16, 1977, in Rayon San Luis Potosi, Mexico.  Evangelina was affiliated with the Catholic faith, and she enjoyed traveling, shopping, working puzzles and loved her chickens.  Her greatest joy was her family and grandchildren.
