Elizabeth Comes, 75, of Madill, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023, at her home in Madill.   She was born on March 2, 1948, in Glasgow, Scotland to the late John Albert Maclachlan and Annie McKeemon Maclachlan.  Elizabeth was raised in Scotland where she attended school. Elizabeth immigrated to the United States in 1968 yet maintained close ties with family, both in the United States and Scotland. She moved a lot due to her husband being in the Navy, however resided in Las Vegas, Nevada for 30 years before moving to Ravia, Oklahoma.  In 2021 she moved to Madill where she lived the rest of her life.  She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Las Vegas, and she enjoyed reading books, sewing and Christmas. Elizabeth's greatest love was spending time with her family and the great grandkids.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, sister; Nan Clunie, ex-husband; Michael Comes and lifelong friend; Mary Eisler
