Dowe Melvin Justice, 84 , of Kingston passed away Saturday, March 26, 2016, at his home in Kingston.  He was born on November 20, 1931, to Melvin Justice and Leona Little Justice. Dowe married Inez Self on February 5, 1955 and they enjoyed 61 years together.  Dowe graduated in 1949 from Kingston High School and he worked as a farmer and rancher all his life.  Dowe was a man who loved his family, worked hard and feared God.  Dowe had a fondness for the outdoors, enjoyed working with his hands, took pleasure in watching things grow and always appreciated telling or hearing a good story.  He will forever be remembered as a man of principle, skill and perseverance.

Dowe was preceded in death by his parents; 1 brother, Jerry Justice; and 1 sister, Lora Hammons.
