Cora “Jackie” Webster, 98, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2026 in Durant, Oklahoma. She was born on October 17, 1927, in Marshall County, Oklahoma, to the late Elmer Klein and Hattie Bridgman Klein. Jackie was raised in Powell and attended Kingston, Enville, and Powell public schools. She married Ellis Harmon on August 21, 1944, in Powell, Oklahoma, who preceded her in death on February 17, 1974. Later in life, she married Robert Webster on February 22, 1988, in St. Petersburg, Florida; he also preceded her in death on September 5, 2016. She lived in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where she worked as a barber. After marrying Robert, they moved to Largo, Florida in 1989. In 2018, she moved to Madill, Oklahoma, and spent the last six years in Durant, living with her niece, Nancy. Jackie was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Kingston, Oklahoma. She enjoyed reading, needlepoint, gardening, and watching Jeopardy! She and Robert loved to travel they had 730 days of cruises!
She is survived by her niece Nancy and husband Terry of Durant; her son, Daniel Harmon and friend Helen Meadows of Ardmore, Oklahoma; her sister, Marvell Jackson of Madill, Oklahoma; her granddaughter Rhonda Lemmond.
She was preceded in death by her husbands; her parents; her sons, Frankie Harmon and Roger Harmon; her daughter, Becky Harmon Baker; her grandson, Richie Baker, her brothers, George Klein, John Klein, Donald Klein, James Klein, and Billy Klein; and her sisters, Lillian Muncrief, Ethel Klein, Eunice Page, Margie Buckaloo, and Sue Harmon.
Casket bearers will be Tyrone Harmon, Steve Harlow, Charles Garner, Steve Buckaloo, Pete Jackson, and Kenny Grant.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the New Hope Baptist Church P.O. Box 733 Kingston OK
