Graveside services, with military honors, for Clinton Euthayne "Clint" Hopkins, 78, of Chattanooga, TN, will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Lakeview Cemetery, Marietta, OK. Services have been entrusted to the Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Marietta.

Clint was born on July 7, 1941, in Bryan, TX, the son of Max and Lopez Hopkins. He passed away at his home on Friday, March 20, 2020, after a lengthy illness. He married Kaye Hicks on December 8, 1968, in Houston, TX at Ellington Air Force Base. Clint retired from employment with the federal government January 1997, after serving at seven different locations in the Procurement/Contracting field. His last place of worship was North Hamilton Church of Christ in Soddy Daisy, TN, but he worshiped at Mount Vernon Church of Christ for over 20 years. He also served as the Veterans' Service Office for Franklin County for eight years.

Clint was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Kaye Hicks Hopkins and two children, Brenda H. Leslie (Tommy) of Chattanooga, TN, and Edward L. Hopkins of Soddy Daisy; five grandchildren, Amanda G. Leslie of Chattanooga, Timothy A. Leslie (Rachel) of Colorado Springs, CO, Clinton E. M. Hopkins of Soddy Daisy, Joseph M. Hopkins, and Mason L. Hopkins of Ocean Isle Beach, NC; two grandchildren of the heart, Melissa Knight of Bells, TN, and Traci Banks of Graham, TX; five great-grandchildren of the heart; and siblings, Donna Petree of College Station, TX, Janis Schweers of Sugarland, TX, and Rex Hopkins (Blanca) of Liberty Hill, TX.
