Obituary

Cecilia Ann "Cil" Williams, 85, of Madill, Oklahoma passed away on November 9, 2022, at her home in Madill.  She was born on July 12, 1937, in Wewoka, Oklahoma to the late Benjamin Franklin Morrow and Viola Corrine Hammer Morrow.  Cil lived in several states including, Oklahoma, Texas and Illinois due to her father working in the oil field industry.  In 1950 she moved to Madill where she was raised on a dairy farm in Antioch, and she graduated from Madill High School in 1955.  In 1957 she started working for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company as a telephone operator.  Cil married Bryan "Dugan" Reginald Williams on August 6, 1960, in Durant, Oklahoma and he preceded her in death on July 25, 2021. They lived in Enos, Oklahoma from 1970 to 1979 when Dugan managed Texoma Farms and moved back to Madill where they lived the rest of her life.  Cil was a homemaker, raising kids until she went to work at Texoma Peanut Co., where she was an Inshell Sorting Supervisor.  She retired from the Peanut Co. when the business closed.  Cil was a 50 plus member of the Order of Eastern Star, her dad was a Mason.  She enjoyed reading, and loved cooking, watching old westerns, her cats and watching the birds.
