Calvin Roy Lawson 76, of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, August 19, 2022, in Eucha, Oklahoma. He was born on April 22, 1946, in Fairfield, California to the late Clyde E. Baird and Lillie Mae Hollingsworth Baird. Calvin was raised in California and joined the United States Navy serving during the Vietnam War. He worked in the sawmills in California before moving to Oklahoma. Calvin worked for Dayton Tires for 30 years before retiring. He married Cynthia Alice Jones on October 24, 2009, in Beggs, Oklahoma. Calvin moved to Kingston in 2012 where he lived the rest of his life. He was a member of the Lighthouse Methodist Church and enjoyed fishing, hunting, painting, and building Legos.

Calvin was preceded in death by his parents, 1st wife; Brenda Lawson, son; Calvin Roy Lawson Jr., sisters; Gloria Jean Lawson Woolard and Linda Sue Baird Martin

Visitation will be Tuesday August 23, 2022, at Watts Funeral Home, Madill, Oklahoma from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at Lighthouse Methodist Church, Kingston, Oklahoma. Pastor Toni Hignight will officiate the service. Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home, Madill, Oklahoma. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome.com.
