Bruce Wayne Martin, 54, of Madill, Oklahoma, passed away on December 11, 2024. He was born on March 10, 1970, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Jim Ray Martin and Geneva Leona Moore.

Bruce grew up in Kansas City, where he developed a love for football and became a dedicated Kansas City Chiefs fan. He also loved the water. Swimming anytime he got a chance as a kid and on the boat living his best life with his family as an adult. In 1984, his family moved to Blair, Oklahoma, where he met his high school sweetheart, Shannon. Together, they had two children, Chelsey and Blake.

In 2015, Bruce met Alecia Carol Smith, and they married on January 6, 2018, building a wonderful life together in Madill, Oklahoma. Between them, they shared a large, blended family with seven children and 11 grandchildren. Bruce was a devoted husband, father, "Papa," and friend. He was known for his deep faith in God, his love for the outdoors, and the joy he found in spending time with his family.

Bruce is survived by his wife, Alecia; his children, Chelsey Moles and husband Jakob and Blake Martin, along with Alecia's five children, Kaitlynn, Christine, Jared, Anthony, and Ashley; 10 grandchildren Mya, Khloe, Elizabeth, Tripp, Ava, Ana, Skye, Atlea, Wynston, and Carsyn, his mother, Geneva Leona Moore; his sister, Lori Douglas; and many more beloved family members. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Leona Bruce, father, Jim Ray Martin, and his brother, James Martin.

A celebration of Bruce's life will take place in January 2025. Details will be shared with family and friends.
