Obituary

Bobbie Jean Little, 86, of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away peacefully on Monday, July 14, 2025, at the Family Care Center in Kingston, Oklahoma.  She was born on March 15, 1939, in Arkinda, Arkansas to the late L. B. Woodard and Rosey May Sanner Woodard. Bobbie was raised in Kansas City, Kansas, and later moved to Kingston in her senior year of school.  She graduated from Kingston High School and completed two years at Southern Oklahoma Technology Center.  On December 24, 1956, she married L. V. Little, in Topeka, Kansas and he preceded her in death on September 17, 2017. Bobbie began her career at Madill National Bank in August of 1971 and faithfully served until her retirement on December 31, 2003. In addition, she supported the family business, Washita Point Properties. Bobbie enjoyed spending time reading, painting, and doing puzzles.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents; and her son, Sterling Little.

Bobbie is survived by her daughter, Verna Shivers, and husband C.D. Shivers, Jr., of Kingston, Oklahoma
