Billy Joe Delaney, 64, passed away on May 23, 2024, at his residence in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. He was born on April 12, 1960, in Norman, Oklahoma. He was the son of the late William Junior Delaney and Loreda Agnus Marx Delaney. Billy was raised in Lexington, Oklahoma, where he completed his high school education. Billy proudly served in the United States Navy for several years.

On April 14, 2000, Billy married Debbie Jean Stinnett in Moore, Oklahoma. They shared their lives together for over two decades. For the past seven years, they resided in Tishomingo. Billy worked at Oklahoma Steel & Wire in Madill, Oklahoma, as a machine operator.

Billy was a dedicated member of the Hauani Creek Hunting Club and found joy in outdoor activities such as fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Delaney; his stepchildren, Robbie McEwin Jr., Kristi Robidoux, and Kenny McEwin; seven step-grandchildren; Mitchell, Kalista, Abbie, Kamri, Kohen, Eliyah, Jensen, siblings Curtis Delaney, Sherry Delaney, Tom Delaney, and Teresa Martinez.

Billy will be remembered fondly by all who knew him for his kindness, hard work, and love for his family and the outdoors. His presence will be deeply missed.
