Bill M. Catron, 82 of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away Friday, January 10, 2014 at the hospital in Denison, Texas. He was born on August 31, 1931 in Lark, Oklahoma to the late Jessie Lee Catron and Nettie Lee Chapman Catron. Bill was raised in Enos and later moved to Kingston. He joined the United States Army and served from January 19, 1953 to December 15, 1954. Bill married Patricia Jean Lasiter on June 12, 1958 in Kingston. He received his GED from Murry State College and worked for PA Four Construction Co. Bill moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where he worked for National Bedding Company before moving to Iowa where he worked in construction. In 1963 he moved to Dallas, Texas where he worked as an iron worker and became a superintendent for Mann Steel Company and later in 1982 worked for Great Western Construction before retiring in 1992. Bill moved back to Kingston in 2002 where he lived the rest of his life. Bill was a member of the Love Field Masonic Lodge, the Scottish Rite and the Church of Christ in Kingston. He enjoyed working in his yard, landscaping and fishing.
