Angela "Angie"
Randles
April 27, 1956 – March 21, 2025
Angela "Angie" Kay Randles, of Denton, TX, was born on April 27, 1956, in Duncan, OK to Lawrence Daniel "Dan" and Martha Eline (Henry) Bell. She passed away peacefully at her Denton residence on Friday, March 21, 2025, at the age of 68.
Angie was the oldest of three daughters, and they would go on to become the best of friends in life. They lived in several locations, depending on where their father's job was going to take them next. Angie graduated from Turpin High School in 1974 and later received her bachelor's degree from Panhandle State University and her master's degree from Fort Hays State University.
Angie used her education to become a teacher, where she instructed many kids at several schools throughout Oklahoma and Texas. She was currently working as a concierge at the Dogwood Estates in Denton. She loved to travel, especially to Santa Fe and the New Mexico mountains, go camping, kayaking and fishing, or go to arts and crafts shows. The thing that brought her the most joy was her pets, and she would always have a cat or dog, or even both, to bring her joy to her life.
Angie was preceded in death by her parents and a nephew, Brad Flammang.
Left to cherish Angie's memory are her two sisters, Rhonda Gay Schmidt of Broken Arrow, OK, and Lesa Marie Kifer and husband Dave of Brentwood, CA; nieces and nephews, Tamra Rowan and husband Reid, Kayla Holden and husband Mitchell, Brian Danley and wife Amber, Meghan Flammang, Justin Kifer and Brittney Kifer; great-nieces and nephews, Claire Rowan, Everett Rowan, Henry Holden, Virgil Holden, Travis Danley, Wyatt Danley, Kelci Danley, Gatlin Danley, Ryleigh Favalora, Giovanni Favalora and Frank Favalora; and numerous extended family, coworkers and friends.
A private celebration of Angie's life was held by the family on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at the Lake Murray Lodge . Cremation services were under the direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Marietta, OK.
