Amanda Jean Harris, 53-year-old Marietta, OK resident, passed away Monday, September 22, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City after battling an extended illness. Cremation services have been entrusted to the Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Marietta. A memorial service will be scheduled and announced at a later date.

Amanda began this life on October 6, 1971, in Newark, New Jersey, the daughter of Kenneth and Betty Jo (Clark) Duffy. She grew up and attended schools in New Jersey where she was a member of her high school cheerleading squad. Amanda later came to Marietta in 1994. On June 7, 2007, she married Eric Harris at a ceremony at the Red River Ranch in Burneyville, OK.

Amanda had most recently been working as a waitress at the Prairie Kitchen in Ardmore, OK. She loved working there because she loved caring for and visiting with her daily customers. Amanda also had a special place in her heart for her beloved pups Oliver, Boo, and Olivia. She will be remembered as a selfless and giving person with the strong heart of a fighter. Many things in this world brought joy to her heart, but maybe none so much as spending valuable and precious time with her children and grandchildren.

Amanda is survived by her husband, Eric Harris of the home; sons, Dylan Tyler Perryman and wife Jacolbi of Lone Grove, OK and Logan Garrett Perryman of Burneyville, OK; step-sons, James Andrew Stafford and wife Grace of Swansboro, NC, Terry Dillon Harris of Swansboro, and Cole Anthony Harris of Swansboro; grandchildren, Sutton Tyler Perryman, Dallas Crew Perryman, Blakely Perryman, Tucker Spradling, Nathaniel Charles Libertone, and Calliope Ann Stafford.
